Adoption Event Coordinator: Meet with officers to establish calendar of Adoption Events. Set up Adoption Events. Communicate with officers any special needs for events 30 days prior to event. The week of an event coordinate with President and Foster Coordinator equipment needs for Adoption Events i.e. tables, crates, water, water pails, paper towels, trash bags etc. Work within established budgets. Foster Coordinator: Maintain Foster records to include but not limited to names and information on pets being fostered, veterinary records of animals being fostered, contact information and addresses of Foster. Coordinate with President and Fosters to ensure pets are kept up to date on vaccinations. Ensure Fosters are informed of when and where Pet Adoptions are to be held. Encourage Fosters to attend Adoption events. Communicate with Adoption Event Coordinator which fosters will be in attendance for upcoming events. Keep Web page administrator informed of adoptions, names of animals ready for adoption, names of animals that become ill and should be removed from adoption posting. Notify Fabulous Fosters Administrator of adoptions. Assist with Foster placement when their humans go on vacation or become ill. Maintain, respond to Foster’s e-mail site. PetSense Coordinator: Coordinate cat kennel cleaning schedule. Coordinate cat rotation between foster care and PetSense stays. Work with volunteers to keep cabinets organized. Work with Treasurer to maintain supplies. Point of Contact for PetSense employees to call about cat issues i.e. illness, adoption interests etc. Work with Adoption Event Coordinator and ensure PetSense is given 1 week minimum notice of events planned for their facility. Rescue Coordinator: maintain list of rescues NKHC collaborates with. Develop relations with new rescues. Work closely with President and Intake advisor on animal placement. (Currently TBD)
Transport Coordinator: Make arrangements for individuals to transport animals for vet care, transport animals to/for collaborating rescues, transport animals to/from events. (TBD currently Monette Douglas)

Coordinate with collaborating rescues for excess animal placement. Work closely with Rescue Coordinator, Foster Coordinator and PetSense Coordinator to determine proper pet placement.
